Straightforward and no runaround — the same way we'd want to be treated. Questions on a big or unusual order? Give us a call.

Shipping

  • We ship daily via UPS and FedEx, worldwide.
  • Orders typically leave the shop within 1–2 business days.
  • Please give a complete physical street address — carriers can't deliver parts to a PO Box.
  • Oversized items (sheet metal, glass, bumpers) may ship freight; we'll reach out with the best rate.

Local pickup

  • Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout to grab your order in Bowling Green, KY — no shipping cost.
  • We'll have it ready and let you know when to come by (Mon–Fri, 9–5 CT).
  • Bring your order confirmation; pay online or pay when you pick up.

Payment

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through secure online checkout.
  • Prefer to pay at pickup? Select “Pay at Pickup” and settle up at the counter.
  • Your card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Returns & exchanges

  • Something not fit right or not what you expected? Reach out and we'll make it right.
  • Return unused parts in original packaging — call or email first so we can set you up.
  • Wrong part shipped or a defect? That's on us; we'll cover the fix and return shipping.
